Virtual Yoga with Susan
Yoga can be done by everyone; through it you will experience strength, balance, flexibility, and calm. This class will benefit beginners as well as yoga practitioners at all levels. Try to have the following props available, but come even if you don't have them:
- yoga mat (preferably a “sticky mat”)
- 2 or more yoga blocks or books of a similar shape; blocks can be foam or cork or wood
- belt or strap or scarf
- 3 or more blankets: any blankets that can be folded easily; afghans or small blankets would work
- bolster or pillows: bed pillows or small sofa pillows can work
- small folding chair
- some wall space from the floor up; it’s nice to be able to do some poses against the wall
